Pramaan by Intertwine · For manufacturers and industrial sales teams
Put the current spec, warranty and discount rules in every dealer's and field engineer's hands
Upload your catalogs, spec sheets and policy notes. Pramaan, an AI sales readiness platform, turns them into training, a scored readiness check and a cited assistant for dealer desks and customer visits.
10 to 20 sellers. One product line. Synthetic data, no customer PII.
The problem
Your products are documented. Your sellers are not always ready.
Technical knowledge sits with a few people
Spec sheets, BOM notes, discount policy and lead-time rules live with a few senior sales engineers. Everyone else escalates or guesses.
Dealers sell from last quarter's PDF
Catalogs and promotion sheets change faster than training. Dealers and new hires quote from whatever version they last saw.
No readiness signal before the visit
Course completion does not show whether a field engineer can explain the flagship line and hold the discount boundary with a buyer.
How it works
From a dealer pack to a ready seller.
- 01
Upload the dealer pack
Catalogs, spec sheets, warranty rules, discount bands and lead-time notes. This is the only material the system answers from.
- 02
A learning module is generated
Lessons cover the product line, the right customer, need discovery, positioning, process and objections.
- 03
Sellers take a scored assessment
Scores separate what a seller knows, what they understand, and whether they can apply it.
- 04
A live assistant answers with citations
On a dealer desk or a customer visit, the seller checks a spec, a warranty rule or a discount boundary and sees the source.
- 05
Managers see readiness
A dashboard shows scores, knowledge gaps and assistant usage for each seller. Branch-level views are part of the pilot build.
Example
One dealer pack. A real customer visit.
The names and figures in our demos are fictional. They are not a real company, product or customer.
A dealer pack with SKU specs, warranty rules, discount bands and lead-time notes. A new field engineer learns the flagship line and gets scored on application. Then they visit a buyer who wants a cheaper substitute. The assistant retrieves the approved comparison and the discount boundary. It does not invent a price.
Guardrails
The assistant retrieves and coaches. It does not decide or invent.
Your team decides what is approved. The assistant works from that material and nothing else.
- Answers come from retrieval over your approved documents, not from the model's general knowledge, and they cite the source.
- It does not invent a price, discount, specification, warranty term or lead time.
- If the answer is not in the knowledge base, it says so instead of guessing.
- If source documents conflict, it flags the ambiguity rather than picking a side silently.
- It retrieves and coaches. It cannot approve a quote or a discount. That stays with your team.
- A pilot can run on synthetic product data. Real customer data is not required to prove the concept.
The pilot
Ten to twenty sellers. One product line. Four to six weeks.
We measure product-knowledge scores before and after, what sellers ask the assistant, and feedback from sellers and managers.
- Who
- 10 to 20 dealer or field sales staff
- Scope
- One product line
- Duration
- 4 to 6 weeks
- Data
- Synthetic product data. No customer PII required.
- At the end
- An adoption report and a clear view of what to expand
Live now vs. building for the pilot
What works today, and what we are still building.
Proven end to end
- Knowledge base and grounded retrieval from PDF, DOCX, or a website
- Learning module generator with lesson summaries, takeaways, and a graded assessment
- Assessment engine: knowledge, understanding, and application scoring
- AI sales assistant with citations
- Manager dashboard for scores, gaps, and usage
- Multi-tenant data isolation and audit logging
Being built for the pilot, not live yet
- AI roleplay: a simulated customer raises 3 to 5 real objections
- Six-skill coaching scorecard: discovery, product knowledge, value, objections, compliance, closing
- Meeting prep and meeting summary inside the assistant
- Branch hierarchy and branch-scoped manager views
- Role names and taxonomy that match how your institution actually organizes sales
Who is behind it
Built by founders and advisors with systems delivery experience.
The team that scopes your pilot is the team that builds it.

FAQ
Questions teams ask before a pilot.
What documents do we upload?
A dealer pack for one product line: spec sheets, catalogs, warranty rules, discount bands, lead-time notes and any approved comparison sheets.
What is Pramaan?
Pramaan is an AI sales readiness platform from Intertwine Technologies. You upload product PDFs, policy circulars, or a website. It generates a learning module, a graded assessment, and a live sales assistant grounded in that approved material, often the same day.
How is this different from an LMS or a chatbot?
A traditional LMS needs a course-design team and weeks of authoring. A generic chatbot answers from the model's general knowledge and can invent a rate or a rule. Pramaan generates the module from your documents, scores whether officers can apply the material, and answers only from the approved pack, with a citation.
Which industries does Pramaan fit?
It fits wherever a frontline person has to explain a product they did not write, under time pressure, with compliance on the line. That includes cooperative and commercial banks, NBFCs, manufacturing dealer and industrial sales, insurance, pharma and medical devices, professional services, and retail counters.
Does the assistant approve loans, quotes, or discounts?
No. It coaches and retrieves. It does not sanction, decline, or invent a price, rate, waiver, or eligibility rule. If the answer is not in your approved knowledge base, it says so.
How fast can a team go live?
Once you have a product pack, the knowledge base and learning module can be live the same working day. A focused pilot typically runs 4 to 6 weeks with 10 to 20 officers and one flagship product.
What do you need from us to start a pilot?
One flagship product pack (eligibility, sales guide, FAQ, compliance notes, or equivalent), 10 to 20 officers, and a manager who will look at readiness scores. Customer PII is not required. Synthetic product data is enough to prove the loop.
